Volton proceeded with donation actions to Amimoni, under the umbrella of the corporate social responsibility program “Lighting up what’s worth”, covering the basic needs of the Association’s premises and offering smiles to our children!
More specifically, on the occasion of this year’s Easter holidays, Volton carried out the following actions:
- Wanting to upgrade the energy of the Association’s facilities and actively contribute to energy saving, it proceeded to donate high-energy class A+++ electrical appliances to the “Lilian Voudouri” Assisted Living Residence and the “Irida” Day Center, with the aim of replacing old ones energy-intensive devices.
- At the same time, a group of Volton employees visited the “Iris Day Center” on Thursday, April 25, offering gifts, giving smiles and expressing their support to the beneficiaries and caregivers. At the same time, it offered basic necessities that the beneficiaries needed immediately.
- In addition, Volton will offer the Easter table to the residents and caregivers of the “Lilian Voudouris” Assisted Living Residence, making Easter day more enjoyable.
Through such actions and initiatives inspired by the values of empathy and solidarity, we draw strength to continue our work, aiming at the right to education and the dignity of people with visual impairments and additional disabilities.
