The Care4Skills project addresses the training needs of the long-term care workforce to meet current and future challenges by developing person-centred and digital skills. Coordinated by the EASPD and involving 27 European organisations, it aims to enhance the quality of care and support the digital and green transition in the sector. This initiative will positively impact the organisation and delivery of long-term care, benefiting both users and their families.
