The non-profit charitable association with the name “Panhellenic Association of Parents, Guardians and Friends of People with Vision Problems and Additional Disabilities – AMIMONI”, based in Athens, Vouliagmenis Avenue, former American Base, Elliniko (hereinafter “Amimoni”) as data controller, informs the user of the website www.amimoni.gr (hereinafter “Website”) that the processing of personal data is governed by the applicable national and European legislation (hereinafter the “Applicable Law”), including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter “GDPR“) and Law 4624/2019, as well as the relevant decisions, directives and regulatory acts of the Personal Data Protection Authority.

1. VISITOR’S PERSONAL DATA
   Amimoni ensures the legitimate and legal collection and processing of personal data by taking all appropriate technical and organizational measures, which it reviews and updates constantly, in order to ensure a high level of data protection.

   Through the contact form, the minimum required personal data you enter is your name and e-mail. The aim is for Amimoni to respond to your request.

The purpose of the processing is the communication for the proof of collection and the letter of thanks for your donation, in the context of compliance with the legal obligation of Amimoni’s (art. 6 par. 1 section 3 GDPR).

   Through the registration form for the Amimoni Newsletter, we ask you to enter your e-mail. The purpose of the processing is to send newsletters with Amimoni’s news, which is done with your consent (art. 6 par. 1 sec. 1 GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time by following the corresponding link at the end of each newsletter (Unsubscribe).

1. Website traffic monitoring
   This website uses the Google Analytics service to track user activity.    The recipient of the personal data is Amimoni as well as the processors on its behalf. Also, regarding the data required for the processing of the order through the online store, the recipient is the civil non-profit company “Friends of Amimoni” as jointly responsible for the processing of the specific data.
   Amimoni guarantees that it will not transmit, share, dispose, etc. of the user’s personal data to third parties / recipients for any purpose or use.
