{"id":18253,"date":"2025-02-19T09:45:25","date_gmt":"2025-02-19T07:45:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amimoni.gr\/?p=18253"},"modified":"2025-09-03T10:34:58","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T07:34:58","slug":"participation-in-training-from-the-feminenza-organization","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amimoni.gr\/en\/participation-in-training-from-the-feminenza-organization\/","title":{"rendered":"Participation in training from the Feminenza organization"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We recently had the opportunity to participate in a 6-day training in Corinth organized by the organization Feminenza, within the Erasmus+ project &#8216;A Resilient Life&#8217;.<br \/>\nThis training aimed to help us understand the consequences of trauma in our lives, find ways to heal it and regain our power through the process of forgiveness and freedom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"justify\">From day one, we were faced with an unprecedented experience that helped us perceive the traumas we all carry within us in a different way. Through lectures, experiential exercises, group discussions, films and books, we realized that trauma can be something we carry for years and that determines many aspects of our lives, from relationships to self-esteem and our daily lives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">One of the most important concepts that emerged was resilience, the ability to rise again, to be reborn, and to move forward, despite the traumas of the past. Our training inspired us to see trauma not as something that should limit us, but as something that can give us the strength to evolve and reach freedom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This journey towards forgiveness was particularly cathartic. We realized that forgiveness does not necessarily mean forgetting, understanding, or justifying the actions of others, but rather freeing ourselves from the negative impact of trauma in our lives. True forgiveness is for ourselves and allows us to move forward with a light heart and a clear mind.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This training was a unique opportunity to discover new methods to face life&#8217;s difficulties, to build resilience and to regain our inner freedom. The knowledge we gained and the experiences shared by the trainers and participants helped us to recognize the value of ourselves and to understand that the journey of healing is continuous and progressive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We sincerely thank the Feminenza organization for this amazing experience and for the opportunity to discover a new way to live with more love and acceptance towards ourselves and others.
